Jayne’s early career involved developing innovative business-focused IT solutions for clients in both the public and private sectors, working on complex solution-based procurements and outsourcing projects, and training all those involved to her own high standards. This background helped Jayne to become the tenacious, insightful, effective and people-friendly consultant she is today. PMC was the natural evolution of her commitment to help organisations to thrive through change by supporting healthy supplier relationships, and to be able to offer her skills to a wider client base.

Jayne takes a holistic approach to project management, going above and beyond expectations for each and every client to uncover and clarify motivations, aspirations and specifications; to prepare and involve all stakeholders; and to build, maintain or repair the internal or external relationships which are crucial to the success of any IT project. A patient, knowledgeable and dedicated member of the team, Jayne is passionate not only about the sector she specialises in and the role she plays in it, but also about achieving, or where possible surpassing, her client’s objectives and expectations.
